Job Details
Responsibilities:* As a Key Account Manager you will be territory focused where you will manage and develop a portfolio of existing high value customers through building strong customer relationships, ensuring that customer needs are recognized and met. * Working closely on a daily basis with the various operational departments to ensure Key Account orders are on track and to ensure there is a detailed escalation process agreed. * Work with department managers to ensure sufficient resources are available to support the requirements of our Key Account Customers * Ensure that procedures are in place to meet customer quality objectives. * Report progress and performance to stakeholders. * To be first point of contact for delivery of services to specified customers accounts, ensuring all customer requirements are met and achieved in accordance with customer Contracts. * To ensure all customer issues and problems are responded to and resolved in a proactive manner and that contractual metrics are monitored and adhered to. * To generate and update all meeting and monthly reports as contractually required, together with regular internal reports to Senior Manager on current contact status with recommendations for future improved performance. * Ensure front line contact with Key Account Customers maintained through personal contact and Organize/co-ordinate meetings * Ensuring we meet Total Customer satisfaction * Ensuring that all shipping/customer documentation requirements are agreed and documents produced are correct prior to shipment

Requirements:* Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field * Excellent communication skills, English fluent * Aptitude to work in intense and challenging environments * Logistical experience within Nigeria inc. documentation requirements * Proficient in PC applications to include: MS Word, Excel PowerPoint and Access * At least 2 years experience in Order Management using Oracle ERP system * Extremely organized and detailed oriented with excellent follow- up .
