Job Description:
Improve cost efficiencies by sending to OEM for repairs items within warrantee and advice the warehouse Manager on those out of warrantee
Implement warehouse procedure on technical functionality and edge of equipment in the warehouse and communicate such result to the warehouse Manager
Implement methodologies/Processes in managing equipment required to improve network expansion, optimization and maintenance
Ensure the ERP system is updated after equipment issue and receipt
Control all NWG operational spares and reverse logistics inventory available in central Matori warehouse locations
Ensure warehouse standard operating procedure is adhered to and implement where necessary to adhere to the warehouse strategy set out by logistics operations
Ensure prompt processing of authorized Material Requests from internal and external clients
Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly stock count exercise in the warehouse
Prepare/submit to the warehouse Manager on monthly basis material availability, activity and performance reports
Provide input for the material requirement planning for NWG operational spares to be used in monitoring and reporting economic re-order levels
Ensure effective response to spontaneous customer requirements and implement solutions that better meet customer needs
Implement the EAM/Fixed Assets/Logistics agreed PPP’s
Improve operational efficiencies by implementing outcomes of warehouse monthly management reports
Ensure maintenance of databases relating to equipment issues and receipts
Ensure compliance of implemented warehouse PPP’s
Implement the Network operations strategy and process documentation with regards to maintenance spares and reverse logistics equipment
Job Conditions:

Four years warehouse experience
