Job Description: Job / Organization Structure Design/ Analysis
Maintain database of job profiles and organisation structures
Advice and coordinate the process of job creation and modification
Assist with the facilitation and coordination of job profiling and evaluation for the organization
Maintain MTNN competency directory
Prepare reports relating to the OD function in MTNN
Maintain an up-to-date database of all jobs in the organization
Ensure first level review of job creation documentation
Manning head count forecast
Project Management/ Project Involvement
Assist with planning/management of OD projects/ initiatives in line with recommended models
Assist in the facilitation and coordination of various HR initiatives (Competency management)
Assist with project management integration across HR
Job Conditions:
Standard Field work: 30% of total work hours
Reporting To:
Organizational Development Specialist
Required Skills:
4 years work experience of which 2 years in formal business analysis, or consulting / advisory role
2 years experience in Human Resources is desirable
Experience in Project Administration/Coordination preferably in a telecomm environment

Job Title: Culture & Engagement Officer
Department: Human Resources
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
Manage the employee engagement survey process
Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation of the survey and make recommendations for management’s use
Utilize a consultative approach to source information from employees on impact of change initiatives and provide customized solutions
Prepare and share Employee Engagement index reports as well as other reports on culture management and retention initiatives to all HR teams
Assist the Senior Manager OD to design, plan, coordinate and implement employee retention and culture management programmes
Identify and implement necessary process improvements to the employee engagement and culture survey administration
Develop new, review old and implement engagement initiatives aligned to the overall strategic HR plan and vision of becoming an employer of choice. E.g. Induction programme, Recognition Awards & Events, Staff Welcome initiatives etc. These may be handed over to the relevant departments for follow through once developed.
Maintain a pulse on internal and external market trends; incorporating best practices on employee engagement that aligns with the business culture and values which is guaranteed to drive the business forward
Manage the HR internal portal as a communications/interactive tool to engender employee engagement
